How to become a Leader with Wisdom, Balance and Purpose
This workshop is for those that are school owners or directors, for management teams or educational communities’ leaders.
A leader’s most important competency is self-awareness and because of it, this workshop will approach different tools and strategies to develop self-awareness and with it, take on the leadership that encourages, in others, a meaningful life with balance and purpose.
Even though leadership is usually understood from the perspective of a person in an organizational structure, these roles involve, in a Culture of Thinking, the need to develop abilities, acquire knowledge, and leadership dispositions, because besides being a role, we can all be leaders. Developing leadership empowers people and gives them the ability to be flexible with others while satisfying the needs of the situation or the context. Always seeking to add value to themselves, to others, and to their surroundings.
