The VESS III training encourages participants to discover complexity in a VESS Culture of Thinking, emphasizing two aspects: the relevance of reflection and of the complexity of each individual’s development. Attendees discover complexity by exploring objects, and using their experience with complexity levels and reflection, they elaborate, learn about, and use tools for deep reflection, using this analysis to understand their students’ development, for a deep learning of the objectives.
VESS IV is an opportunity for personal and professional reflection on the individual’s holistic development. Attendees go through a personal and empathetic reflection process that allows them to understand the relevance of their students’ comprehensive and integral development. Through emotional intelligence and mindfulness strategies, as well as the exploration of relevant theoretical trends, they acquire the tools and foundations to include emotional development as part of the curriculum as well as the planning, learning/teaching, and assessment processes.
