Leadership workshop at Colegio Saint Mary

In leadership training, participants acquire practical tools and skills which are immediately applicable to ensure the building of a Culture of Thinking and its sustainability in the different roles and areas of the institution. Additionally, they learn how a Culture of Thinking is implemented accordingly in the different areas of knowledge, developing the leader’s most crucial competence, their self-awareness. Participants find in this workshop the balance between wisdom and purpose.
