Attendees go through a personal and empathetic reflection process that allows them to understand the relevance of their students’ comprehensive and integral development. Through emotional intelligence and mindfulness strategies, as well as the exploration of relevant theoretical trends, they acquire the tools and foundations to include emotional development as part of the curriculum as well as the planning, learning/teaching, and assessment processes.
