The Intermediate Trainer Training is an opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of VESS II training. Thus, the tools and strategies necessary to build a VESS Culture of Thought are worked in depth, understanding the strategic use of these tools and transcending their technical use. He continues in the process of strengthening his skills as a facilitator and in his training. At the same time, he works on his skills as a Mentor-Coach that will allow him to engage in feedback conversations, as well as make suggestions and recommendations that fit the context and the possibilities of those who are observed during the mentor-coaching sessions.
