In this workshop, we want to invite you to understand the leader’s role in an ever-changing world, marked by uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, reflecting on how belonging to the VESS network favors reflection on our roles as leaders and how we can face this context with specific strategies and tools, fostered by the VESS model, such as the Theory of Constraints. Besides, we will reflect on how we generate a real and profound transformation in the institutions to adapt to a changing world and support each other in the network through reflection, collaborative work, and an action plan.
