In order to make the process sustainable by generating the internal capacity in the school to promote the autonomy of the center, once the eight-stage process of building a VESS Culture of Thinking is completed, members of the VESS International Network are offered the possibility to certify the members of their education community as VESS Trainers.
Part of the certification process is their participation in courses, and their compliance with requirements established by the Edu1st curriculum team. Once certified, these educators become part of the VESS International Network of Trainers and will be certified by Edu1st VESS to lead trainings depending on the level at which they have been certified.
